We reserve the right to prohibit admittance of pets
lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of
untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive
Dogs must be up to date on the following
Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies.
Cats must be up to date with their vaccinations per your vet‘s
recommendations, usually including: Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis,
Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Chlamydia, and Rabies.

Our office is open from 8 AM to 4 PM during the
week; 9 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday; Our office is closed on Sunday.
We cannot receive drop-off and pick-up of your pet outside these
CUSTOM VAN PICK UP AND DELIVERY
You may reserve one of our two custom vans for pick
up and delivery of your pets at your home during the above listed
We refer any medical emergency to the 24-hour
Cabarrus Emergency Veterinary Clinic. Should your pet require
emergency medical treatment we will make our best effort to contact
you at the telephone numbers provided, prior to any treatment
commencing. Should emergency treatment be required prior to our
being able to contact the customer/owner then the customer/owner
will be liable for all vet bills related to the emergency treatment.
For any health concerns that may arise during your pet‘s stay, we
maintain a detailed log and provide it to you and your veterinarian.
